Account info (name, email, password, handled via Supabase Auth); content you upload (product links, reference videos/images); payment information (processed directly by Stripe — we do not store your card details); usage data (how you use the app, for improving the service); and, if you connect ad accounts, OAuth tokens for third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok) to publish and manage campaigns on your behalf.
To provide and improve the service; to generate ads and content on your behalf; to process payments and manage subscriptions; to communicate with you about your account or support requests; to monitor for abuse and enforce our Terms.
We share information with service providers who help us operate RekCreate (e.g., Stripe for payments, Supabase for hosting/database, Anthropic/other AI providers for generation, ad platforms you explicitly connect). We do not sell your personal information.
Your data is stored using Supabase (database and file storage) and industry-standard security practices. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@rekcreate.com. You may disconnect any connected ad platform account at any time from your settings.
We use cookies/local storage necessary for authentication and basic app functionality.
RekCreate is not intended for anyone under 18.
