By creating an account or using RekCreate, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
RekCreate is an AI-powered platform for creating, publishing, and managing video advertisements, including AI video generation, ad campaign management on third-party ad platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok), and related marketing tools.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use RekCreate.
Some features require a paid subscription or the purchase of coins (credits used to generate content). Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Coin purchases are one-time and non-refundable except where required by law. Prices are subject to change with notice.
You retain ownership of content you upload (product info, images, video references). By uploading content, you grant RekCreate a license to use it solely to provide the service to you (e.g., generating ads on your behalf).
Ads generated using RekCreate are created with AI. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it, including for accuracy, compliance with advertising laws, and platform policies (e.g., Meta/TikTok ad policies). RekCreate is not liable for content you choose to publish.
RekCreate integrates with third-party services (payment processing via Stripe, ad publishing via Meta/TikTok/other ad networks). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms.
You may not use RekCreate to create ads that are illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or that violate the advertising policies of any platform you publish to.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
RekCreate is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including ad performance or campaign outcomes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
